By Client: The client may terminate the contract by providing written notice, subject to payment for work completed and any materials purchased up to the termination date.
By Company: We reserve the right to terminate the contract in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent project continuation.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal actions or proceedings arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.
